"Nick Sordillo and his team at Teal Tech were fantastic to work with. Brilliant Smart Home referred us to Nick as a certified installer who had experience with their products. The process from start to finish was great. Nick and his team were responsive, called when they said they were going to call, and showed up when they said they were going to show up. Before starting any work Nick took the time to understand our home automation goals and to suggest alternatives for what we wanted to accomplish. He provided both short term and permanent alternatives, product recommendations and reasonable cost estimates. On the day Teal was to start the first phase of work in November 2021 Nick brought just one co-worker and the both of them worked non-stop for almost 10 hours accomplishing an amazing amount of work including Brilliant installs, general electrical work (ceiling light/fan installs, outlet upgrades, and modifications to our electrical panel) and smart home integrations including Alexa and Ring. They did not leave until they had tested all of the new wall plates to make sure they functioned as expected. The work was complicated and was started by electricians unfamiliar with the Brilliant product who couldn’t figure out multi-way panels and dimmers that we wanted, so we were particularly happy with Teal’s experience and professionalism. Detailed billing was sent just a few days after install was compete, and Nick checked in to make sure everything was operating as expected."

"When we lost heat, the heating guy actually told us to seek out an electrician for our issue. After seeing a lot of his work on his Instagram page, I decided to give Nick Sordillo with Teal Tech a call. My house got to 51 degrees F. It was around 5:30 in the evening when I reached out and he came out right away. When Nick arrived, he was extremely courteous, polite and responsive. He went to work right away and was very thorough. I like to learn things so I was one of those annoying guys and tailed him while he was working. He did not mind at all and explained everything to me that he was doing in detail. He was able to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue in minutes. He was then also able to install some new Honeywell smart thermostats for us!
